WAX EMBEDDER

The wax embedder is used to attach foundation to the wires in the frame.
Connect the two electric leads from a power source such as a car battery charger and the embedder is ready to use. (Charger Sold Separately: See ‘Battery Charger for wax embedder’)
Press the wire onto the wax using the 4 copper legs, and then apply current by pressing the button at the end of the embedder.
Once the foundation has melted onto the wire, release the button (i.e. removing the current) and keep the embedder in place a few seconds longer for the wax to re-set around the wire. Repeat on each wire.
The frame is ready to be placed in the hive.

Use 12v direct current power supply only like a car battery charger.
