I simply cannot lift a deep super full of honey and I find that uncapping the deep frames hard on my wrist after a  box or two.

In my personal experience the narrower frames I find are drawn quickly and capped more evenly in my stationary hives as our nectar flows are bit up and down here. And of course with all the HiveIQ product the light weight of the hive parts is a BIG bonus.
