More reliable than sugar shaking alcohol wash is a great way to detect varroa in your hive.
Our kit includes a strainer to easily remove the bees out of the solution and a filter to strain the alcohol and check the debris for mites. The clip on lid on this container seals very well.
Also includes a plastic 1/2 cup measure which is required for the alcohol wash test.
